The latest twist comes from French
newspaper L'Equipe, who say PSG have held a meeting with Mbappe's
representatives over a potential transfer.
They
say that PSG are now 'optimistic' over signing him after a positive
meeting with Mbappe, his father, club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and
Director of Football Antero Henrique.
However,
they French giants are still likely to face opposition to the deal from
Monaco, who are keen to retain his services for at least another
season.
