• Golfing legend had stopped to watch Disney film Cars 3 with his daughter Sam, 9, and son Charlie, 8, on Sunday
• It follows reports he had checked into a rehab clinic in a bid to keep shared custody of the children he shares with ex-wife Elin Nordegren
• The rehab stint came days after Woods was arrested for a DUI on May 29 
• He had taken a cocktail of prescription drugs when police found him asleep inside his damaged $220,000 Mercedes near his Florida mansion
• Woods is due to face court for the DUI charge on August 9
